This is my journal dedicated to rantings, ramblings, and ravings about my weight issues. I post on here whenever I feel happy/sad/mad about food/exercise/etc. I try to be healthy & positive about food but of course there are just times when I get angry, upset, etc. so I suppose in a sense that's "normal". I do try to work out every day and eat healthy at all times, but I am an admitted sweet addict. I have a history of struggles w/BED (I was an extremely overweight child and remained overweight/borderline-obese until about 4 years ago) and other ED-tendencies (towards the end of my weight loss I started to get extremely obsessive). So some days I have binges & others I have extreme exercise fits & restrictions--but I am now focusing on trying not to have so many unhealthy thoughts, as a healthy body should go right along with a healthy mind.
